Things get confusing sometimes..... During a moment of downtime, I was playing with my DNS settings on my registrar's page, and "flipped the switch" to move the server of matthewschaefer.net.

Last Thursday, March 22nd, I attended the 2007 Open Source Content Management System Summit (a.k.a DrupalCon -- it seemed like 9/10th of the folks there came for Drupal, although Plone and Joomla were represented too).
I've been getting some pressure lately from some unnamed parties for more photo sharing of Emmett -- that is, people keep axin' me, "where are the pictures of the boy?!?!?"
So, in the interest of expediency, I've posted 28 new pix to Flickr. These are accessible either locally through an old Drupal module or through my Flickr account itself.
Let me know what you think!

Hi folks. Some of you (hopefully hundreds and hundreds, though I suspect maybe only two or three) may be wondering, "What happened to that journal Karen and Matthew were writing on Babycenter.com?" Well, we got moved. We used to have a neat & tidy link to our own journal page, but we're now on a Babycenter Community board. Check out our new writings here:
We're considering moving to a dedicated site of our own, but you didn't hear that here.
I added flickr.com photosets to matthewschaefer.net through a drupal module I'm continuing to work with. Currently, it's accessible through the "my flickr photosets" menu item on the left. I'm still screwing around with it. It would be nice to change the title of each photoset to its proper name as well as to have photo titles & descriptions imported. We'll see how it goes. Right now, I'm happy to have the extra photos on the site.
I've just set up my new theme here at matthewschaefer.net. It's a work in progress. The graphic of the kid on the motorcycle giving a plate of toast to another kid came off of some sort of food package (Asian butter? not sure).
This is the first entry in my new blog. I don't have a lot to report right now, except that I'm glad to have gotten matthewschaefer.net up and running on the Web.
For now, I recommend checking out Karen's and my, journal on babycenter.com (yes, it's about babies):
Welcome to matthewschaefer.net. I'm still not used to the name of the site...
Anyway, there are two photo galleries to check out:
